Short Term Debt Data Collection is a Platform wherein the S&P Global Ratings Customers have to update their quarterly Commercial Paper Usage.

Commercial Paper (CP) - an unsecured, short-term debt instrument issued by a corporation, typically for the financing of accounts receivable, inventories and meeting short-term liabilities. Most commercial paper programs are rated by S&P Global Ratings and billed based on the quarterly usage.

CP Fee consists of Initial Fee, Annual Surveillance Fee & a Quarterly Usage Fee. CP (Quarterly Usage) is billed separately from the annual fee. Rating fees will not be credited against the annual fee. S&P Global Ratings charges the Customers on the daily average usage of the CP program (for the quarterly usage fee).
